Caregivers
The Cares Program
in The Villages
Studies show that many caregivers face stress, mental health challenges, and “caregiver guilt.”
We recognize the immense challenges caregivers experience, often prioritizing a loved one’s needs over themselves. Regularly scheduled meetings provide an opportunity to connect with others who understand exactly what you’re going through.
Join the Cares Program in The Villages and be a part of a community supporting caregivers. If you are caring for someone with Alzheimer's, other types of dementia, or Parkinson's this program is designed to help you throughout your journey.
The program provides access to essential expertise, resources, and educational materials. Support groups, walking events, and other activities happen throughout the year, all provided at no cost to you.
